Welder calibration services
Reliable welding starts with reliable equipment. Our calibration services keep your welders compliant, consistent, and ready for work—whether you bring them to our workshop or book an onsite visit.
We calibrate a wide range of welding equipment......as long as it has digital Amp & Volt Meters
Why calibrate your welders?
Accuracy and consistencyCalibration ensures the amps and volts shown on the machine match what’s actually being delivered to the weld. That means repeatable settings, fewer defects, and less rework.
Compliance and documentationMany standards, quality systems, and clients require proof that welding equipment is calibrated at set intervals. We provide calibration reports you can file, show auditors, or attach to welding procedures.
Safety and risk reductionIncorrect output can cause poor fusion, cracking, or failure in service. Calibration helps reduce the risk of structural or equipment failure—and the liability that comes with it.
Productivity and cost controlWhen machines are accurate, welders spend less time “chasing settings” and more time actually welding. That means faster setups, fewer test plates, and lower consumable waste.
Extended equipment lifeRegular checks can pick up developing faults early—before they become breakdowns that stop production.
Onsite calibration vs workshop calibration
We offer two flexible options to suit how you work:Onsite calibration• Best for: Busy workshops, production lines, and sites where downtime must be minimised.• Benefits:• Minimal disruption—we come to you.• Multiple machines in one visit—ideal for fleets.• Immediate feedback—operators can discuss issues with our technician on the spot.
Workshop calibration (cheaper option)• Best for: Single machines, non-urgent work, or when you want to save on costs.• Benefits:• Lower price per machine—our workshop setup is more efficient, so we pass the savings on.• Full bench testing environment—access to all our instruments and tools.• Ideal for planned maintenance—drop off, schedule around your workload.
You can mix and match—book onsite for your main production welders and send smaller or backup units into our workshop when convenient.
